This formula calculates the base price for a typical conventional home in average condition. However, the price is subject to change and may be negotiable. Custom, lower-cost inspections are available. I will inspect outbuildings, barns, workshops, etc. for a reasonable cost to be determined at the time of inspection. Distance fees likely charged beyond 20 mile radius from Durango. Radon Tests are $100.00 per 48hr test with an inspection. $125.00 without.
