Experience In the Field
I have been in the building trades for much of my life, mainly as a carpenter but have accrued a wide range of experience in many facets of the building trades. Custom interior and exterior trim installation, I have built foundations, done flat concrete and masonry work, installed composition, wood shake shingle, rolled asphalt/tar and metal roofing material, insulation installation, drywall installation and finishing, painting, window, and door installation, plumbing, and electrical work.
I have been involved in new high-end, large square foot, and basic residential construction along with some commercial construction, major and minor remodel work including pop the top additions up to two additional stories.
In 2022 I am going on my twenty-second year doing inspections. I have completed close to 3400 inspections on residential and commercial properties.
I have inspected large and small residential homes, duplexes, fourplexes, multi-unit apartment buildings, hotels, restaurants, and various types of commercial buildings. Structure types include log, adobe, straw bale, earth ship, steel, and conventional frame. I have even inspected vacant land.
Custom Report System
In 2011, I created a new report system that is unique to my company, based on input from my clients, sellers, and real estate agents. This occasionally updated report system is streamlined, easy to understand and to the point, with no redundant information. My typical report is about 16 to 20 pages.
As mentioned above, I am always available to answer any questions and/or address any concerns from anyone involved. My goal is to make my part of the process as smooth and uneventful as possible.
