Cliff Hutchins, owner of Quality Inspection Service, inspected 2 houses for us this past summer. He is very conscientious, competent, thorough, honest, and reliable. The thoroughness with which he inspects a house is unmatched. He probably saved us from spending several hundred (if not a few thousand) dollars on the first house we had inspected. He definitely looks beyond the surface, ferrets out problem areas, and offers suggestions for making corrections. He produces a very detailed report complete with pictures and all at a reasonable price. We highly recommend his services!
